TOUR DESCRIPTION
We have never offered a puma tour, even though they’re beautiful animals that live in stunning habitats. The main reason for that is that pumas tend to blend in with the landscape. But in winter, it can snow in the mountains where the pumas live, and that completely changes everything. Suddenly, the warm, brown tones of the puma contrast maximally with the bright, cool snow — the puma will pop out of the landscape. Not only that, snow tends to cover the many distractions on the ground, resulting in much more minimalistic, graphic images.

That’s how the idea started a couple of months ago, and now we have finalized it. This will be a small group of just 7 guests. We will use high-tech thermal imaging scopes to increase our chances of finding the pumas in the areas where we want to photograph them.

Note that we will only offer this tour once: July 2024. There will not be a second chance. We are currently working on tracking permits, and we have secured three experienced local guides for this trip.
