All participants should have their own travel insurance; this can be arranged at any insurance company or online at any given time before departure. We also advise you to take out a cancellation insurance. It will cover your payments made, should you not be able to join the trip or in the event something happens during the trip. Cancellation Insurance can be arranged by us. Please let us know if you want us to arrange the cancellation insurance for you. We will send you a PDF with an overview of the coverage. *

It is also possible to include your ticket in the cancellation insurance we offer, so if you need to cancel the trip for reasons that are covered by the cancellation policy, you will get a full refund of your money. It also means that if your flight is delayed or cancelled and you miss days of the trip, you get part of your participation fee back from the insurance company. A non-refundable deposit will reserve a place for you on this Squiver Photo Trip. We will send you our international banking information after receipt of your booking form.
